Enjoy a 3 course meal with a surf & turf main course prepared by Iron, Wood & Ice in our flirtatiously transformed event center. Dinner will be followed with dancing and live music performance by Nu Jack City. Sweet memories await!

This year we're selling individual tickets instead of couples tickets. The number of tickets in your order will be the number of seats at your table. Want to sit with friends that placed their order separately? We've provided a section on the ticket checkout page for indicating other attendees you'd like to be sat with by order number. Please note that we have a ticket sale cutoff date of Wednesday, 2/12, to allow for table setup. Due to this cutoff, we cannot guarantee any table arrangement requests that are submitted after ticket sales end. Groups larger than 8 looking to sit at 1 combined table will need to contact us directly on table availability.
SWEETHEART MENU
Course 1: Harvest Salad
Harvest salad with dried cranberries, candied pecans, raspberry vinaigrette, and shaved Parmesan.
Course 2: Surf & Turf
Garlic shrimp skewers paired with your "turf" protein choice of either top sirloin steak or chicken piccata. Served over white cheddar mashed potatoes with seasonal vegetable.
• Top Sirloin option: 8oz top sirloin steak cooked medium and glazed with herb butter
• Chicken Piccata option: 2 lightly floured chicken breasts sauteed in a lemon butter caper sauce.
Course 3: Chocolate Decadence
Flourless chocolate torte topped with spiced rum fired strawberries and whipped cream.

6:00pm Dinner is served
